Ideal Candidate Profile

Summit Psychiatry Associates is a clinician-led behavioral health group seeking a highly experienced Psychiatric Physician Assistant to join our dynamic care model, blending telepsychiatry with limited in-person services.

We’re not the sweatshop of psychiatry — we’re intentional about quality care, sustainable caseloads, and professional respect. But we are looking for a hungry, growth-minded candidate — someone who is ready to bring energy, leadership, and accountability to a team that values impact over volume. You’ll be supported, challenged, and treated like the high-level provider you are.

This is a role for those energized by collaboration and excited to contribute in evolving markets. If you’re winding down, this isn’t the fit — we’re building a high-performing team, and this is your chance to be part of it.

Preferred Candidate:

• Actively credentialed with major commercial insurers in MT, AK, or UT

• Experience in both telepsychiatry and in-person psychiatric care

• Highly adaptable, independent within team-based care, and ready for leadership roles

• Strong documentation and communication skills

• Committed to patient-centered care and outcome accountability

Compensation:

Base Salary: $175,000 – $185,000 depending on experience

Graduated salary structure with opportunities to exceed $200,000 based on:

• Leadership roles

• Regional growth contributions

• Performance metrics and patient outcomes

• Full benefits: Health, vision, dental, 401k, CME allowance

• Licensing, credentialing, and malpractice covered

• Travel-related costs supported as needed
