Metabolic Health and Obesity Management Physician Assistant

Our team of healthcare professionals is passionate about providing personalized care that promotes wellness and supports sustainable lifestyle changes.  We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Physician Assistant to join our dynamic team.

You will work collaboratively with our healthcare team to assess, diagnose, and implement treatment plans for patients to help them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.  

Responsibilities:  

1.  Conduct thorough patient assessments including medical history and physical examinations.

2.  Collaborate with team professionals to implement individualized treatment plans.

3.  Provide education and counseling to patients regarding obesity management, nutrition and lifestyle modifications.

4.  Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

5.  Perform necessary diagnostic tests and interpret results.

Qualifications:

1.  State of Alaska PA-C license.

2.  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

3.  Compassionate approach to patient care with focus on building rapport and trust.

4.  Previous experience and passion to provide care in metabolic health preferred.
